Laser Digital Templating
Every project starts with a digital scan of your space. Our laser templating system captures measurements accurate to fractions of a millimeter — cabinets, walls, outlets, and all. The result is a fabrication file that goes straight to the CNC machine with zero manual re-entry.
CNC Fabrication Center
Our CNC machines combine cutting, shaping, and edge profiling into one automated process. Every edge profile — from a simple flat polish to an ogee — is cut to the same spec on every job. No human variance, no inconsistency between pieces.
Waterjet Cutting
High-pressure waterjet cutting handles curves, cutouts, and intricate shapes that saw blades can't achieve cleanly. Sink cutouts, cooktop cutouts, and custom profiles are all cut with waterjet precision.
SlabSmith Digital Nesting
We digitally capture every slab at full resolution — true-to-life in both color and dimension. Before fabrication begins, you can see exactly where your countertop will be cut from the slab, how the veins will flow, and where the seams will fall. No surprises.
Bridge Saw
Our bridge saw handles full-slab cuts with three powered axes and laser-guided blade positioning. Consistent, accurate cuts on slabs up to 10 feet — the foundation of every fabricated piece.
Edge Polisher
Dedicated edge polishing equipment with diamond grinding wheels and micro-oscillation ensures every profile — from a flat polish to a full ogee — has a consistent, high-quality finish from end to end.
No re-cuts
Digital templates feed directly to the CNC. Measurements are captured once, used everywhere — eliminating human error between template and fabrication.
